As a client I can give you a tailored Gym Program which will be updated every 6 weeks as your fitness levels improve. I can calculate based on information you provide, your daily Calories and Macronutrients (Macros) and shows the % breakdown of your Protein, Fat and Carbs allowance. This will help you to make healthy food choices giving you more flexibility for a healthier lifestyle.
You can also sign up for subscriptions and each week I will be providing 3-5 healthy recipes for you to try at home, and as part of our group we can all share ideas and support. Support from likeminded people is a good way to help to keep you on track and motivated. You don’t have to do it alone! I’m here for help and support at all times.
